Howlite is a white stone with veins of black or dark grey running throughout its polished surface. This stone feels like marble and has the ability to be dyed. Howlite was first found in Canada but is now mined in the USA, Brazil, and South Africa. It is often made into decorative objects and resembles Turquoise when dyed blue.
